We made it home . . . FINALLY! We pulled in a little after 10:00. That is much later than we anticipated. But right after my last post we hit some major crawling traffic. About 1 1/2 hours later we reach the cause: the lanes went from two to one for about a whole 500 feet! That's all that held us up!
This drive is usually about 17 hours long. But with the 9 hours on Saturday & 12 hours on Sunday we had a total of 21 hours on the road! Needless to say we are very tired.
But we are back to reality. Going to work, paying bills, making a grocery list, cleaning the house. Fun stuff.
